I love this health journal and planner! It has so much to offer for the Christian who wants to lose weight and also keep track of weekly and daily to-dos. Here are just a few of the things I love about this planner: First, it has a place to list your food, health and exercise boundaries - then on the same page, you list why you love your food and exercise boundaries - this helps you to focus on the good things in boundaries and also gives you a list you can read over when you feel like breaking your boundaries!
Second, it has weekly plans where you can see your whole week on one page, which I love. It also has a weekly meal plan, and a weekly page to record doing things like renewing your mind and having your quiet time. It then has daily pages you can use to write a journal entry, plan your meals, track your water, steps, priorities, and also list your daily to-do list, etc. ll in all, this is an incredibly helpful resource for the Christian who is trying to be more healthy or lose weight!

This is a wonderful journal that is exactly what I need to help me along this sometimes challenging journey to health. I love that the font is big enough for easy reading and writing inside. I also love the scripture quotes of encouragement and the journal gives me places to track my plans, water intake my to-do list. Who can ask for more truly this was designed with the active person in mind.
