We are making a commitment to get active in February!
Join us for our step and walking challenge.
The best reward is we will be all walking more and be fitter!
- Everyone who participates, in the end, will be entered into a prize draw for some health journals.
- There will be a special prize for the top 3 walkers on the leader board.
How does it work:
1 - Join the TFT Health & Fitness group
2 - Follow our step/walking guide each day. There is a beginner and intermediate/advanced plan
3 - Feel free to do more steps - the more you do you will not only get fitter but you will move higher up the leader board
4 - Post at the end of each day in the Health & Fitness group a picture of your pedometer, app or just tell us the number of steps you did.
