This year has been difficult and for many of us, we have grown weary and tired...

Being isolated from loved ones, church and friends can cause us to put the breaks on our health both mentally and physically.

God's timing is perfect! When we planned this study earlier on in the year we as a team didn't realize how truly essential it would be to go deeper in the Word and renew our minds at a time such as this.

COVID 19, elections, riots and protests are all around but now is the time to dig deep and lean on our Lord and Saviour.

This year we will be having a theme of health whether that is healthy bodies, healthy minds, healthy family/marriage we are ready for a new season of healing and restoration.

The study will last for 9 weeks which is 63 days.
